Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods’ Skilled Nursing care gives both residents and their loved ones peace of mind from knowing that our nurses and therapists are available to provide 24-hour medical attention.
Each resident is assessed before they move in for a personalized approach to care. Our caregivers will get to know your loved one, their likes and dislikes, individual needs, and personal routines. Each resident receives a comprehensive, customized service program that is designed to meet specific care needs and provide the support needed to live comfortably.
As part of our Skilled Nursing Facility, the Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods offers short-term rehabilitative stays for those that may need skilled care for a period of time after recovering from an illness or surgery. Our specialized transitional rehab team provides short-term physical, occupational and speech therapies, and skilled nursing care to help patients regain strength and return home as soon as possible.
